The contract notice comes nine months later than the date given in a prior information notice (PIN) and uses almost identical terms to the PIN other than the change of the organisation’s name. WebThe ITCF will be a primary commercial vehicle to support the delivery of National Highways' RIS2 technology pipeline and to meet the strategic aims of National Highways. The ITCF is comprised of eighteen Lots: Lot 1- Asset Management (Goods and/or Services) Lot 2 – Corporate Systems (Goods and/or Services) Lot 3 – Architectural Services (Services)
